Sue has a master's degree in Counseling Education/Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. She is also a Certified Addictions Counselor.
Sue has over the past 25 years of working in a variety of substance abuse and mental health settings.

MADISON BRANCH, MSW, LLMSW
Madison is LLBSW who graduated from Western Michigan University in 2012 with a double major in Social Work and Gender and Women Studies. Madison earned her Master's Degree in Social work from Spring Arbor.
Madison has case management experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Her expertise lies in the areas of working directly with individuals struggling with diagnoses that range from Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Depressive, Anxiety disorders, Personality disorders, Co-occurring disorders, and various other diagnoses and areas of trauma.
Madison is very passionate about the community she serves, especially about Social Justice issues, including LGBTQ and gender issues, and issues regarding race and privilege. I believe by working on such issues at a community level, in addition to an individual level, we are able to work toward a more inclusive, supportive and safe space for everyone.
CHRIS BOZELL, MA, LLPC
Chris has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Central Michigan University. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Western Michigan University.
Chris has experience providing counseling for children, adolescents, groups, couples, and families in a variety of mental health settings. He is a strong advocate and ally for oppressed groups.
Anxiety, career transitions, chronic illness, depression, grief and loss, multicultural topics, parenting issues, substance abuse, relationships, trauma.
Her experience includes working with clients/consumers with mental health issues and substance abuse issues for more than three years in my current position as a supervisor at the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission. She has a passion for serving and loving on people to inspire and motivate them to achieve their goals and to realize that they are valued and have potential for greatness.

BRENDA HENRY, CRC
Brenda has her Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She is also certified as Recovery Coach recieving her training from Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery.
Brenda has 22 years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol. Her desire is to help others gain and maintain their
sobriety by providing emotional support and helping them make healthy connections within the community.
